A Little South of Sanity is a live album by American hard rock band Aerosmith, released in 1998. This album was the only Aerosmith album to receive the Parental Advisory sticker, primarily due to lead singer Steven Tyler shouting profanities in between songs and modifying some song lyrics to racier ones, although some other song lyrics had profanity in their original studio versions as well (even their next studio album, Just Push Play contained profanity).

On the seal, the album title is misnamed as "A Little South of Insanity."

There are no listings to support where or when each performance was culled from. Only the listing that all tracks are from either the Get A Grip or Nine Lives World Tours. However, during the track Sweet Emotion, Tyler shouts out "Seattle", and another he says "Hello, West Palm Beach!".

Nine Lives is the 12th studio album by American rock band Aerosmith, released March 18, 1997. The album was produced by Aerosmith and Kevin Shirley, and was the band's first studio album released by Columbia Records since 1982's Rock in a Hard Place. It peaked at #1 at the Billboard Charts. One of the album's singles, "Pink", won a Grammy for Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal.

Pandora's Toys is a compilation album released in 1995 by Aerosmith. This disc collects tracks from their 1991 box set, Pandora's Box.

It was also made available in a strictly limited edition wooden boxed set, that contains the disc, covered in a red plastic jewel case, a "story of aerosmith" documentary CD (narrated for the English market by Chris Barrie), a sticker, a sew on patch & a certificate. The wooden box edition of this set was released in a limited number of only 10,000 worldwide making it highly collectible.

Big Ones featured twelve hits from the band's three consecutive multi-platinum albums, Permanent Vacation (1987), Pump (1989), and Get a Grip (1993), as well as the hit "Deuces are Wild" from The Beavis and Butt-Head Experience (1993), and two new songs, "Blind Man" and "Walk on Water", which were recorded during a break in the band's Get a Grip Tour. Get a Grip is the 11th studio album by US rock band Aerosmith, released in 1993. It was the band's last studio album released by Geffen Records.

Get a Grip contains five hit singles, four of which charted in the Top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, between 1993 and 1994: "Livin' on the Edge", "Eat the Rich", "Cryin'", "Amazing" and "Crazy". The promotional videos for the three latter songs helped launch the careers of actress Alicia Silverstone and vocalist Steven Tyler's daughter Liv. Although never released as a single "Line Up" appeared in the 1994 comedy film Ace Ventura: Pet Detective.

Pump is the tenth album by American rock band Aerosmith, released in 1989. The album was remastered and reissued in 2001.

Pump was widely acclaimed by both fans and critics upon its release. The album incorporates the use of keyboards and a horn section on many of the singles ("Love in an Elevator", "The Other Side"), and contains straightforward rockers ("F.I.N.E.*", "Young Lust"), the ballad "What It Takes", songs about issues such as incest and murder ("Janie's Got a Gun") and drug and alcohol abuse ("Monkey on My Back"), as well as a variety of instrumental interludes such as "Hoodoo" and "Dulcimer Stomp."

Gems is a compilation album released by Aerosmith in 1988 (see 1988 in music) under the label Columbia. It was the first compilation of studio material since 1980's Greatest Hits. Concentrating mainly on heavier material than the radio-friendly single output on Greatest Hits, the album is noted for the inclusion of the previously unreleased studio version of "Chip Away The Stone." A staple of the band's live set, the studio version of this song first surfaced as the b-side to the 1978 single, "Come Together," and a live rendition had appeared on 1978's Live Bootleg.

Permanent Vacation is the ninth studio album by American rock band Aerosmith, released in 1987.

The album marks a turning point in the band's career. It is their first album to employ professional songwriters, instead of featuring material solely composed by members of the band. It was also the first Aerosmith album to be promoted by heavy music video airplay on MTV. Though Done with Mirrors was intended to mark Aerosmith's comeback, Permanent Vacation is often considered their true comeback album, as it was the band's first truly popular album since their reunion. "Rag Doll," "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" and "Angel" all became major hit singles (all three songs charted in the Top 20) and helped Permanent Vacation become the band's most successful album in a decade.
